The Dubuque Jaycees are the organization of choice for men and women 21-40 years of age who want the best opportunities for leadership development, individual development, management development and community development by serving our community.

To become the organization of choice for young people, providing direction and leadership in the Dubuque Area, in Iowa, In the United States, and Internationally through community service activities.
