Jaycee Mission

Provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.

Who are the Dubuque Jaycees?

Looking for a way to get involved in the Dubuque area and meet new people? The Dubuque Jaycees is a young professionals organization (ages 21-40), made up of members who are community-minded, seeking professional development, and eager to build last connections through networking and collective action. We focus on three pillars: social networking, professional development and local impact.

Join us for our monthly general membership meeting to meet our members and learning more abut our organization. Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 7pm, doors open at 6:30pm. You can also email us at dubuquejaycees@gmail.com and a Jaycee will be in contact to invite you to an upcoming event!

The Dubuque Jaycees is a great organization to meet new friends and further develop your professional network. Come socialize at an after work happy hour, learn a new skill at one of our individual development events, help volunteer and fundraise in the community or grow your career through our professional development events.

The Dubuque Jaycees provides members with opportunities to develop new skill sets that can be used in both their professional and personal lives. Members are empowered to participate in and lead projects and events. Our organization gives young active citizens the tools and support they need for growth and success in the areas of business development, management, leadership and personal training, community and government involvement.

Our chapter lives out the Jaycee mission by getting involved in our local community to make an impact where needed. All while meeting new people and learning new skills.
